New Appointment Structure | Effective Immediately

 

I have simplified the booking system and aligned it with the treatment workflow:

From now on, you only need to choose between Initial / Base Appointment and Follow-up Appointment.

 

The Initial / Base Appointment remains approximately 60 minutes and forms the foundation of your treatment, especially for new concerns, more complex cases, or after a longer break.

 

The Follow-up Appointment is now standardized to a time frame of approximately 45 minutes and serves ongoing treatment, progress evaluation, and adjustment of therapy.

 

Fees are applied according to my currently valid pricing.

The letter A refers to Clinic A.

 

FDM: Musculoskeletal System

• FDM 1A = Initial / Base Appointment

• FDM 2A = Follow-up Appointment

 

OM: Orthomolecular Medicine

• OM 1A = Initial / Base Appointment

• OM 2A = Follow-up Appointment

 

NM: Neuromodulation

• NM 1A = Initial / Base Appointment

• NM 2A = Follow-up Appointment

When booking your appointment please try to select a time slot that is adjacent to an existing booking to avoid time gaps. Thank you !

Cancle appointment 

​

If it becomes necessary to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance via SMS or online.

​

Please note that online appointment bookings cannot be cancelled within 48 hours.

I ask for your understanding that cancellations within this period or in cases of no-shows will be charged the full amount.
